Witness Division. Dr. Gorman has served as an expert
witness in the field of vocational rehabilitation,
life care planning and related matters since 1975.
He has qualified in multiple state, federal and administrative
courts. His Rule 26(b) disclosure and curriculum

Dr. Gorman has given live testimony on more than
1,500 occasions and has participated in more than
2,500 depositions.

Gorman matriculated at Loyola University, the
University of Southern Mississippi and Tulane
University
in
New Orleans. He was awarded degrees in education, social work and psychology
and holds licenses in counseling, vocational rehabilitation and social work.

He is active in Scottish and York Rite Masonic endeavors and serves in Masonic
medicine as a member of the Board of Governors, Shriners Burn Hospital for Children,
Galveston, Texas. He has also served as a York Right grand officer and in other
fraternal capacities.
